Obi-Wan has the same ability to force-push the objects in front of him when the player taps the screen. Sign In Don't have an account? Big Red prepares to get in bed with the girl when she accidentally reveals the pigs' plan.
After his first appearance in Poached Eggs , he becomes a playable character in all of the following themes. In early versions of the game, Bomb had a white spot on his forehead. This appeared in his original plush toy, as well as promotions and animations. However, it has since been removed. A very prominant appearance of Bomb is Short Fuse , where he is the center character. The entire episode focuses on him and his ability change.
Bomb is a very strong character, being considerably the strongest when the game was first released. He was the only bird at the time that could effectively destroy stone himself, though Matilda's egg bombs can as well. Bomb's ability works just like a bomb, hence his name.
He explodes a couple seconds after he hits a surface, or when the player taps the screen. It is suggested that the player uses his ability with the right timing, and not wait for him to explode manually. It is only a rumor that he will explode with more force if he does it at will, and it is possible for him to roll away or bounce off the structure the player intends to destroy. In the theme Short Fuse, Bomb is introduced with an entirely different ability named "Shockwave", which he obtains when he fiddles with the pigs' scientific equipment.
This ability is much more powerful than his original, and works in a similar way. It can be activated when the player taps the screen or a couple seconds after he hits a surface. Rather than his original ability, which just breaks the closest bricks, the shockwave damages the blocks, racking up the players' scores significantly higher. Though the shockwave ability is exclusive to the theme, it can be used as a powerup in all themes of the game.
The player will need to either spend coins, purchase, or watch advertisements to get the powerup. After his first appearance in Trick or Treat , he is then on a playable character in all of the themes that follow.
Unlike all of the other installments of the Angry Birds series, Seasons keeps the characters' original designs, so Bomb is in his classic appearance. Once again, Bomb's spot on his forehead is removed.
This includes the trailer, and early cutscenes for the game which have since been removed. However, it has been proved through these cutscenes that Bomb's spot was actually light being shined off of him, as the spot appears in a different part of his body depending on the way he is positioned. Because of this, it can be assumed that the spot was removed because Rovio wanted Bomb to be more bird-like with feathers, rather than made like an actual bomb.
Bomb, like all the other characters, can at times appear as a main character in specific themes for the game. Bomb has the same ability to explode as before, and not much is changed about his size, strength, or speed. In Piglantis , Bomb reacts pretty normally to water logic. However, it can be noted that if he hits a structure the second he resurfaces, the player should instantly activate his ability, as once he hits the blocks he will bounce off of them and go back into the water.
Bomb does not appear early on in the game, but rather in the Beach Volley theme. He is not captured with Red , Chuck , Jay, Jake, and Jim, but it can be assumed that he travelled there in order to help them.
This is the first time that Bomb isn't introduced when the game is first released, but through updates. Bomb and the other members of the flock manage to defeat Nigel and free all of the rare birds, and hijack the plane and go back to Piggy Island , where they arrive just in time to save the eggs from being stolen by the pigs once again. Bomb and the other birds later on travel back to Rio to visit their friends Blu and Jewel, beginning the Rio 2 segment. In this portion of levels, Bomb recieves a different design like all the other characters.
He is modeled after his Toons appearance, recieving slightly changed features in his beak, eyes, and eyebrows, and gets better shading and different outlining. Bomb bears the same ability that he has in the previous two installments.
No changes are made to his speed, strength, or size. High Dive introduced water features to Rio, and work the same way that they do in Piglantis for Bomb. If the player activates his ability near Luis in Beach Volley, then the dog will fly off into the air, and can destroy blocks and enemies with ease. This is a good strategy to use during the level, but the player must note that he will go after the beachballs, not the structures.
Bomb, along with a few other birds, were teased in early as part of a new project. This soon revealed to be Angry Birds Space , the fourth installment of the series. Bomb appeared with the other birds in their space counterparts, based off of comic book characters.
In the game's story, Bomb and the other birds were taking care of the eggs when suddenly, a portal opened up in the sky with Ice Bird and his eggsteroid flying through. Out with them came a robotic arm, grabbing the eggsteroid and the flock's eggs. They sling themselves into the portal in pursuit of the eggs, and begin to change while in the portal. They shoot out of the vortex in their costumes into the final frontier, beginning the events of the game.

Big Red also tells Black Yoshi that there is another bird, a gay one, is arriving at the house. Big Red tells Black Yoshi that he doesn't understand, and that he will see just how bad the new bird is once he meets him.
Black Yoshi opens the door and is introduced to Tony. Tony feels left out and complains because nobody notices him. Black Yoshi explains several rules and restrictions that apply to the birds, especially Tony. He tells him that he can't wear makeup and especially cannot touch him.
Black Yoshi tries to make Tony act civilized when he is inside the house. Black Yoshi agrees to find Tony a place to sleep far away from all the normal people in the house. When they return to the room, they find that the Angry Birds completely restored the room. Black Yoshi starts complaining about Tony to Big Red, telling him to do something about the gay bird.
